Falling sleep to chirping crickets, human voices and faint island music in the background-waking up to cock-a-doodle-dos IS somewhat nostalgic! Bodies beaten up by waves yesterday seem to need more sleep no matter how enticing the morning beaches are. Merry Christmas was heard quite a bit around. Glad we packed some gifts and goodies for maids and staff. Breakfast has become the biggest meal of the day and that everyone is willing to sit down together. We walk down the beach to the place next to Cocola Palm.   Callaloo with Fried Johnny Cakes The beach all new all over again. So clear, clean, calm and pretty! One of our sons loved the fresh baked Banana Bread served at breakfast, he decided to buy a whole loaf for the rest of the day. Banana Bread - The best ever!
